Eligibility for Returns:
Most new, unused parts in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
* Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
* Special orders or custom-made parts.
* Electrical parts that have been installed or tampered with.
* Used or damaged parts (unless due to our error).
* Fluids (oils, lubricants, etc.).
How to Initiate a Return:
1. Contact Us: Please contact our customer support team at contact@midasautoparts.shop or call us at +16402036700 to initiate your return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
3. Packaging and Shipping: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package.
4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. We will then process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Refunds:
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges:
